When I focus on one thing, that one thing gets my energy.
When I’m scattered, and ‘sort-of-focus’ on lots of things, those things get my scattered energy.
In line with the invitation Spirit has offered us to “Keep simplifying”, we’re also being invited to reflect on where we are putting our energy.
ASK YOURSELF:
• What am I focussing on?
• What is the outcome or benefit of that focussed energy, if any?
• Am I focussing on too many things?
This reflection can apply to a lot of areas in my life, but the one that stands out is how I focus on social media.
If you’ve been following me on Instagram or Facebook, you’ll know I’m making a shift toward my own platform.
I have some starting points, and will discover how this wants to evolve as I lean into it. Exciting!
