At a recent brief (five minutes!) and deeply healing engagement with a client, she released something in her throat that’s been holding her back for lifetimes.
The heavy energy in her throat loosened, removed itself from her throat and moved out the front door of the space we were in.
No drama. No reliving the trauma, and not even knowing if it was related to any kind of trauma! It didn’t matter. It was simply time for it to go.
We held space for what needed to happen, allowed energy to transform, and were grateful for the whole process. No need to control it or shape it in any way. Just fully trusting intuition and what is present in the moment.
